DELIVERY TERMS
- In Vilnius, delivery is free if the total order amount exceeds €100 + VAT. If the amount is lower, delivery costs €7+VAT.
- We deliver goods to other cities for free if the amount of your shopping cart is over 150 EUR + VAT, and if the amount of your shopping cart is less, delivery costs 7.00 EUR + VAT.
- A separate pricing applies for deliveries to the Curonian Spit. If you choose delivery to the Curonian Spit, we will contact you separately regarding the final delivery price. The delivery cost to the Curonian Spit starts from €35 + VAT and may increase depending on shipment weight or number of parcels.
- We ship orders to most European countries. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Delivery time depends on the selected country and usually takes 3-10 business days. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout based on the recipient's address and the weight of the package.
- To cities where our transport does not operate, we do not send products that require temperature control (+5°C – 18°C).
- After placing an order, a proforma invoice is issued to the customer and sent by email.
- Upon receiving the invoice, the customer makes a bank transfer according to the details provided in the invoice. If payment is received by 12:00 noon, the goods are delivered the next day.
- Goods are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Orders can also be collected at our pick-up point in Vilnius at Lentvario g. 33, ramp 5–6, Vilnius, on working days from 8:00 to 17:00.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment for goods is made by bank transfer only upon receiving a proforma invoice.
- Cash payment is available when collecting goods from the pick-up point.
