Product description: thermostable apple filling 50% bottled in 12 kg buckets. Baking product stability: heat resistant at 200 ℃ for up to 15 min. The product contains no genetically modified ingredients. This product is intended for baking. Can be used to fill all confectionery products (pies, cookies, rolls, cakes). The product is intended for general use, except for infants and people who are allergic to the product's components.
Ingredients: apples 86%, sugar, modified starch, acidity regulator citric acid, antioxidant ascorbic acid, bamboo fiber, preservative potassium sorbate, thickeners (Konjac gum, xanthan gum), apple flavor.
