Product description: The product is made from mature HASS avocado Persea Americana 'Hass', which is sorted, washed, peeled, stoned and cut. The avocado pieces are then coated with an antioxidant
solution and salt. Finally, the product is packed in a modified atmosphere (nitrogen 70% - CO2 30%) or vacuum packed and frozen. Color: green. Smell: extraneous smells are not allowed. Taste: natural avocado. Avocados can be thawed in the refrigerator within 24 hours when stored in a SEALED package. After opening the package, the product can be kept in the refrigerator for only 2 hours, as there is a risk of discoloration (oxidation).
