Product description: bay leaves, PRYMAT, 80 g. Ground cumin has a distinctive, pleasant aroma and intense taste. It goes well with dishes that do not require cooking or frying, such as salads and cheeses. It also goes well with fatty and difficult-to-digest foods. Bay leaves are widely used, which is why they are popular in cuisines around the world. Their pleasant, slightly bitter, but spicy taste and unique aroma go well with all kinds of soups and broths. Bay leaves are ideal for seasoning meat dishes, such as game, pâtés, stomachs, cabbage with meat, *bigos* (hunter's stew) and various goulash recipes. The subtle spicy and bitter aftertaste of the spice also perfectly complements fish and seafood dishes. It is perfect for herring and fish soup. Adding a leaf to fish before frying or grilling gives it a unique aroma. This spice is also used in desserts, sweet creams and rice pudding.
Prymat GastroLine bay leaves are a very effective product. One leaf is enough to prepare up to four servings of soup, which means that a large package will last a long time. This spice is used in establishments serving Polish, Mediterranean and French cuisine. Bay leaves are also often used in Mexican, American and Vietnamese dishes.
