KNORR 1-2-3 Chicken Stock Base is a concentrated product providing dishes with a rich chicken stock flavour and aroma. Highly efficient – up to 67 litres of stock can be prepared from 1 kg of product. Free from thickeners, making it suitable for a wide range of applications: light sauces, goulash, minced meat dishes, pâtés, cooked vegetables, aspic and other culinary preparations.
Ingredients: salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), starch, maltodextrin, chicken fat (3.3%), flavourings (contains eggs), dried chicken meat (1%), turmeric, antioxidant (rosemary extracts).
