Fried chicken kebab, sliced, frozen, DAMAK, 1 kg

Product description: Kebab of fried poultry, sliced, frozen, 1 kg. Fried chicken thigh, cut into pieces from 3 mm to +/- 1 mm thick (smaller pieces are allowed) The product is not calibrated. All consumer groups, except infants and persons allergic to allergens indicated on the product according to the label. The frozen product must be consumed after full heat treatment, do not refreeze after thawing. Do not consume after the expiration date indicated on the label. Surface appearance: The color, texture and tenderness are characteristic of meat fried with spices. The taste and smell are characteristic of the product obtained from poultry and the spices used. The taste and smell (cold and hot) are characteristic of a steamed, fried poultry product with spices. The texture of the chicken thigh meat is preserved. In the transverse section, the color is pink, typical of steaks. Brown colouring is permitted, related to the type of seasoning used. Foreign tastes and odours indicating freshness of the product are unacceptable, e.g. sour, musty or other, e.g. metallic, bitter aftertaste. Dirt, slimy surfaces and mould growth are unacceptable. Glazing of the product is permitted.
In the oven – pour the required amount of the unthawed product onto a baking tray, then place in an oven preheated to 180℃ and bake for about 8-10 minutes until the product becomes crispy, stirring occasionally.
In the pan – place the required amount of the unthawed product onto a hot pan. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the product becomes crispy, stirring occasionally.
In the microwave – pour the unthawed product onto a suitable plate, then place the plate in the microwave. Set above 400 watts and heat for about 4-6 minutes.

Storage conditions: store at a temperature of -18˚C or colder Deep-frozen product. Use after heat treatment. Thawed product is not suitable for re-freezing. The product must be roasted without prior thawing.
