Product description: quick-frozen pigeons with meat (pork meat) 120g. Frozen, hand-formed, pigeon stuffed with pork. The length of the semi-finished product is about 12 cm. The minimum weight of the unit is 120 g. +/-10 g. tolerance. Taste and smell - pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. Without foreign taste or smell.
Preparation method: 1. Put a layer of fried carrots and onions, a layer of pigeons, etc. in a pot. Pour water. 2. Add bay leaves, black pepper, allspice, salt. 3. Cover the pot and simmer for 40-50 minutes, until the cabbage leaf softens, and the temperature inside reaches +75C. The finished fried semi-finished product is kept at a temperature of no lower than +80C for no longer than 1 hour. Serving temperature not lower than +68 C.
