Product description: frozen beef cutlet, grade 2, 80/20, 10 kg. Cuts of meat include meat tissues with internal fat and, depending on the grade of meat, external and intramuscular fat and connective tissue adjacent to the muscles, excluding skin, cartilage, tendons and fascia. Lean meat from adult cattle with a visual fat content of +/- 20%. The product is intended for use after heat treatment for all user groups.
