Product description: Gourmet marinated herring fillet with a sweetened dressing. Gourmet marinated herring fillet is a soft-textured, traditionally prepared herring fillet with an aromatic dressing. The product is made from high-quality Atlantic herring fillet, seasoned with spices and a balanced marinade. Herring fillet has a pleasant combination of saltiness, sourness and spicy flavors.

Herring fillet is suitable for use as a cold appetizer, served with boiled potatoes, vegetables, in salads, sandwiches or various traditional fish dishes.
Physical properties:
clean herring fillet with recipe ingredients. Slight surface cracks, tears, rib residues are allowed. Slight changes in the color of the fish surface are possible, not related to fat oxidation.
Taste and smell:
pleasant, characteristic taste and smell of the raw materials used. Without foreign odor.
Consistency:
firm, medium-firm or soft, depending on the type of fish and the processing method and the period of catching.
Ingredients: herring fillet (Clupea harengus) 76.9%, table salt, acidity regulators (sodium citrates, citric acid, glucono-delta-lactone), aroma and flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, antioxidant ascorbic acid, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), 22.8% (rapeseed oil, drinking water, table salt, acidity regulator acetic acid, sweetener saccharin), pre-soybeans of various particles.
Food additives: E331, E330, E575, E621, E300, E211, E202, E260, E954.
Country of origin: fish caught in the North-East Atlantic in FAO zone 27 (Norwegian Sea, North Sea, Icelandic waters).
Allergens: fish and fish products (herring fillets). May contain traces of gluten, eggs, crustaceans, molluscs, milk, almonds, sesame seeds, celery and mustard.
Packaging: white or transparent bucket with white or transparent lid. Net content: 3 kg. Net content of fish: 2.5 kg.
Storage conditions: store at 0-6 °C. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 72 hours. 35 days from the date of manufacture.
