Product description: kvass extract Gera kvass, 126 g. Barley malt, water, rye malt, hop extract. Dry matter content (refractometer) - 65-85%. Taste and smell - Typical of kvass extract. Appearance - dark brown viscous liquid.
Preparation method: soften the extract packet in a container of hot water, dissolve the contents of the packet in 3 liters of warm (25-30◦C) water; add about a glass (to taste) of sugar and mix well; sprinkle yeast evenly on the surface of the liquid, cover the container with a napkin. Attention! Do not stir the yeast! The liquid should not be hotter than 40◦C. Leave the container with kvass for 24 hours in a warm (20-24◦C) room. Then cover the container tightly with a lid and place in the refrigerator. The cooled kvass can be served immediately. Gira is recommended as a refreshing drink. GMO-free. Consumer groups - all consumers, except those allergic to GLUTEN, MILK, NUTS. Not intended for baby nutrition.
