The history of Valcolatte begins in 1914 in the small town of Stagno Lombardo, when Enzo Panizzi's family, despite the hardships of the war, took up the dairy business. The first dairy, born from the hands of his grandmother Cesira, became the basis of the family tradition, and later generations - Enzo and Liliana Panizzi - turned it into a modern, innovative center for cheese production.
Growing along with the Italian gastronomic culture, Valcolatte has maintained the family spirit and values of craftsmanship, while introducing modern technologies and creating new products. The development phase that began in 2018 became a new turning point for the company - the renewed brand Caseificio Valcolatte was introduced, intended for both the Ho.Re.Ca. sector and the consumer market.
