Hamker Remoulade Mayonnaise 66% 500 ml / 480 g – a creamy mayonnaise-based sauce made with rapeseed oil, egg yolks, mustard seeds, herbs and spices. Its mild and aromatic flavour makes it a perfect addition to fish, meat and vegetable dishes. Suitable as a sauce for snacks, sandwiches, salads and various culinary applications.

Ingredients:
RAPESEED oil (65%), water, spirit vinegar, sugar, EGG yolks, starch, salt, MUSTARD seeds, herbs, spices, acid (citric acid), seasonings, colour (beta-carotene), antioxidant (calcium disodium EDTA).
