Product description: noodles buckwheat Soba Chunsi, 300 g. Soba is the Japanese name for buckwheat noodles. This is an incredibly old pasta recipe, prized for its versatility and unique, slightly nutty flavor. Soba cooks very quickly, so it is not difficult to cook with them. It is best to enjoy them al dente, that is, slightly hard, undercooked, otherwise they may lose their shape and harden. It is worth noting that it is recommended to rinse these noodles lightly with cold water after cooking, as they are quite starchy. Usage: Buckwheat pasta recipes are very diverse and will surely satisfy many taste palettes. They can be served hot, especially appreciated in winter, and cold, more suitable for summer. Soba can be used as a side dish or as a main dish. It is also added to traditional noodle soups, which are especially popular in Asia. One of the easiest traditional recipes is sweet pasta with sesame seeds. Once the soba noodles are cooked, all you have to do is drizzle with sweet soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add your favorite fresh vegetables, either cooked or raw.
Instructions for use: cook pasta for 5-6 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Fry in a WOK pan with your choice of vegetables, meat and sauce.
