KNORR Mushroom Stock is a professional stock base for soups, sauces, stews, risottos and other hot dishes. It enhances the natural mushroom flavour and aroma regardless of the season or the availability of fresh mushrooms. It can also be used as a seasoning or as part of marinades.
Ingredients: salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), lactose, palm fat, yeast extract, maltodextrin, corn starch, mushroom juice concentrate (2.3%), porcini mushroom powder (1.8%), fructose, soy sauce (soy, wheat), flavourings, colour (ammonia caramel), acid (citric acid).
