Product description: potato flakes, KNORR, 4 kg. KNORR potato flakes - a versatile, high-quality potato base. Made from 99% sustainably grown potatoes - harvested, flaked and dried to become a professional ingredient. Perfect for mashed potatoes, stuffing and gnocchi. No preservatives. No artificial colours. Made with 20 kg of potatoes. Gluten-free.
Preparation: when making mashed potatoes: 1. Boil 18 L of water, add 120 g of salt. Remove from heat. 2. Add 8 L of cold milk and stir. Important: the temperature of the mixture should not exceed 80-85 °C. 3. Pour the contents of the package into the mixture, stir constantly with a whisk to achieve a uniform consistency. 4. Leave for 2-3 minutes to swell and then mix again. Use the flakes as a universal ingredient, use as much water or milk as needed according to the proportion of the dish being prepared.
