Product description:

Defrosting:
defrost the product in a refrigerator at a temperature of 0 to +4°C for no longer than 24 hours. The shelf life of the defrosted product is 72 hours when stored at 0 to +4°C.

Heat treatment:
shape the dough into a pizza base of the required diameter, spread with sauce, add desired ingredients and bake in a deck oven.
