Product description: Cakemix Season cake mix 15 kg. Cakemix Season cake mix is ​​a dry mix for professional use for making cakes and cupcakes. The mixture is used as a base for making various baked goods, adding sugar, eggs, oil and water according to the recipe. Manufacturer: Zeelandia (Netherlands). Preparation recommendation: Mix 2000 g of Cakemix Season with 1050 g of sugar, 1050 g of eggs, 900 g of oil and 675 g of water. Mix at medium speed for 3–5 minutes. Bake at 190 °C in a bottom oven or 170 °C in a convection oven for about 50 minutes.
