Blanched, sliced mushrooms in brine with salt, citric acid as an acidity regulator and ascorbic acid as an antioxidant, preserved by sterilization. Slice thickness (if mushrooms are sliced) 4 - 6 mm, pH 4.8 - 5.8. Contains no genetically modified organisms.
