Marinated mushrooms - made from blanched whole mushrooms, whose botanical name is double-spore mushroom (Agaricus bisporus lange), optionally mashed carrots, onions and aromatic spices, placed in a vinegar marinade with citric acid, sugar and salt, preserved by pasteurization in closed glass jars with a screw cap.
