Product description: sausages Irish pork, frozen, Food Haus, 210 g x 25 pcs, 5.25 kg. Frozen minced meat sausage semi-finished product. Minimum unit weight 210g. ±10g. tolerance.

Preparation:
1. The semi-finished product is placed on a heated grill and fried on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
2. The semi-finished product is coated with glaze and finished baking in the oven at a temperature of +200ºC. Baking time 15 - 20 min.
3. The internal temperature of the product must be at least 75ºC.
Ingredients: pork 85.5%, pork bacon 11.7%, pig small intestine 4.5%, WHEAT fiber 2.4%, spice mixture for pepper sausages with cumin (salt, cumin, preservative E262, dextrose, black pepper, garlic, acidity regulator E331, yeast extract, antioxidant E300, natural flavoring (black pepper), fenugreek, hot paprika), water 2%.
Food additives: E262, E300, E331.

Allergens: contains wheat and its products.
 
Packaging: polyethylene and cardboard.
Storage conditions: storage temperature -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
