Product description: cold-smoked sausage Servelatas, sliced, Samsonas, kg. About 500g in a package. Cold-smoked "Servelatas" sausage of the highest grade. 132 g of meat was used to produce 100g of the product. The casing is inedible. Sensory properties: the cut of the slice is red in color with visible fat globules, spice particles may be visible. The consistency is firm. The taste is pleasant, typical of this type of product, the taste of spices is felt, without foreign taste and smell. The product is suitable for consumption without additional heat treatment. The product is not intended for baby food.
Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, pork protein (hemoglobin), glucose syrup, spices, dextrose, aroma and flavor enhancer E621, sugar, vegetables, antioxidants: E 316, E392, acidity regulator E330, spice extract, flavorings, spices, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (from corn), dye E120, maltodextrin, glucose, vegetable concentrate, preservative E250.
