Product description: CLASIC chocolate cake mix, 25kg. The product is ready to use after preparation according to the recipe on the label. The product is loose, may stick together slightly and crumbles easily under pressure.
Recipe: CLASIC chocolate cake mix 1000g, oil 450g, eggs 350g, water 100g. Mix all ingredients and beat in a pastry machine with a flat beater for about 4 minutes at low speed until you get a smooth consistency. Bake at a temperature of about 170–180 ° C for about 35–45 minutes (baking time depends on the size, weight, ingredients used and temperature of the cake).
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, low-fat cocoa powder (4.5%), modified starch, raising agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; colorant: ammonia caramel, flavorings, thickener: xanthan gum, salt.
