Product description: high fat semi-hard cheese, Gouda type, 48% fat.s.m. Appearance: rectangular parallelepiped / cylindrical. The bark is smooth, thin, without a subcutaneous layer. Minor surface irregularities, cracks and dents from the molds are allowed. Color - from white to yellow, may be slightly different. Aroma and taste: characteristic of cheese, lactic acid, may be slightly sweetened. Ready to eat, to be used in the production of other foods and dishes, including cooked ones.
Ingredients: pasteurized milk, salt, enzyme, colorant beta carotene, yeast.
Food additives: none.
Country of origin: Lithuania. Manufacturer: AB Rokiškio sūris.
Allergens: Contains milk and milk products.
