Product description: cream and vegetable fat mixture Milac GOLD, 1 L. Unsweetened, made from animal (as much as 70%) and vegetable (30%) fats, which gives it a great fresh cream taste. Due to the vegetable oils in the product, it has properties that are especially important in confectionery - it whips easily, is fluffy, and holds its shape well. A more economical product than fresh cream, because the amount increases 3 times during whipping. Ideal for both sweet and main dishes and sauces. It whips easily to a fluffy consistency. Holds its shape well. Can be mixed with confectionery additives, does not curdle from acidic products.
Instructions for use: Before whipping, keep in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Whip at medium speed, avoiding splashing, then at high speed until whipped. When used for baking, use directly.
