Thanks to its stable composition, it maintains its properties in hot and acidic dishes without separating during heating or when used with acidic ingredients and alcohol. Whipped cream provides excellent consistency and can increase in volume up to 2.5 litres. Ideal for pastries, desserts, mousses, sauces, soups, creams and thickening various dishes. The 10 litre packaging is suitable for professional catering and food production.
