Slight unevenness of the cheese surface, cracks, imprints from pressing molds are allowed. Color - from white-yellowish to yellow, may be slightly different. Smell and taste: characteristic of cheese, lactic acid, may be slightly frosty. Ready for consumption, to be used in the production of other food products and dishes, including heat-treated ones.
