Product description: Halloumi PDO cheese, 180 g. Halloumi PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) – semi-hard cheese, aged in brine with mint. Fat content in dry matter not less than 43%.
Authentic “Halloumi PDO” cheese of Cypriot origin, made according to a traditional recipe from cow, sheep and goat milk. This semi-hard cheese is characterized by a mild salty taste, elastic texture and a unique feature – when baked or grilled, it retains its shape and acquires a delicious golden crust. The PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) mark confirms the protected place of origin and the authentic production method in Cyprus.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's MILK, pasteurized sheep's MILK, pasteurized goat's MILK, salt, microbial rennet, mint.

Country of origin: Cyprus.
Allergens: contains milk and milk products.
Packaging: cheese, vacuum-packed in foil.
