Product Description: coconut milk, like coconut oil, has recently become more and more popular. And probably not in vain: people are taking care of their health more and more often! Coconut milk is a delicious substitute for cow's milk, which also provides a full list of benefits for your body. Coconut milk occupies a particularly important place in Asian cuisine.
Coconut milk is made from white coconut pulp. After removing the thin outer shell of the brown color, the flesh is crushed and pressed through hot water to extract nutrients and flavor. The less water used, the more intense the coconut milk tastes and the higher its fat content. The coconut milk is then pasteurized and packaged.
Coconut milk should be stored at room temperature. At lower temperatures, the coconut fat hardens and the end result may be that the hardened fat will float on the surface of the water. When heated, the fat liquefies again. (We recommend that you soak the package in warm water before use to allow the fat to liquefy.)
Instructions for use Store in the refrigerator for 3 days after opening. Shake well before use.
