Product description: dark chocolate flavoured drops, 1700 Mignon Sublime DULCISTAR, 10 kg. DULCISTAR Mignon Sublime – the highest quality dark chocolate flavoured baking drops (compound), created for professional confectioners and bakers. Due to the special recipe, the drops retain their shape and rich flavour during baking, making them perfect for products that require clearly visible chocolate inclusions. They are designed for use in various yeast, butter and pastry dough products.
The product is supplied in the form of mini drops of the same shape - about 1700 drops per 100 grams of product, so the chocolate is evenly distributed in the dough, melts quickly and ensures the same taste in each product. The small droplet size is especially suitable for cookies, muffins, buns, croissants, ice cream and various desserts.
