Product description: dried parsley, PRYMAT, 190 g. Prymat GastroLine dried parsley is a very versatile herb seasoning, widely used in many cuisines around the world. The unique taste of parsley is inextricably linked to childhood tastes – the light sweetness of Sunday soup, the freshness of spring salads or morning scrambled eggs. Dried parsley, characterized by a unique spicy, slightly bitter aftertaste, harmoniously blends with the consistency of thick sauces, soups, stews and pâtés, and is also indispensable in winter.
Prymat GastroLine dried parsley is the main seasoning for many soups – not only broth. It wonderfully improves the taste of rich barley soup or popular vegetable soup. This herb is perfect as an additive to meat fillings for pierogi, uzki and croquettes, minced meat cutlets, tomato sauce, fish and seafood dishes. Dried parsley goes well with Italian herbs and can be added at any time during cooking - it is resistant to high temperatures, so it retains its nutritional value, taste and aroma.
Large and efficient 190 gram package is ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, bars, school canteens and other catering establishments.
