Product description: biscuit mix Bizkopt 100%, ALDORI, 10 kg.
Preparation recipe: biscuit mix 1000g, eggs 600g, Water 200g. Beat all ingredients for about 7 minutes until a fluffy, homogeneous mass is obtained. Bake in molds at 180℃ for about 35 minutes.
