Preparation method: flour mix for hearty pancakes 1.0 kg; margarine, butter, oil 375 g; water 1125 ml. Pour 1.0 kg of the mixture into a container, add 1125 ml of water and 375 g of melted margarine/butter or oil while stirring and mix well until smooth. Fry on a greased, medium-heated hearty pancake pan until browned.
