Product description: wheat gluten VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN, 25 kg. Wheat gluten “Vital Wheat Gluten” is a highly concentrated natural wheat protein extracted from wheat flour after removing starch. This product is widely used in the baking and food industry to improve the elasticity, structure and volume of the final product.
Gluten strengthens the dough network, helps to better retain gas during fermentation, making baked goods fluffier, more elastic and staying fresh longer. Particularly suitable for baking bread, baguettes, pizza bases, buns and other yeast products.
Also used as a source of protein in various food products or plant-based dishes (e.g. meat alternatives).
Large 25 kg package is intended for professional use - for bakeries, confectionery shops and food manufacturing companies.
