Product description: Frozen mutton ribs Carre 75/35, (600-700 g x 2), vacuum packed, -1.4 kg. Lamb rack is a high-quality cut of mutton meat from the back of the animal, including several interconnected ribs. This cut is considered one of the most tender and valuable, because the meat is soft, juicy and has a delicate, not too strong mutton flavor. The rack is usually served with partially or completely “bare” rib bones (the so-called frenched rack), which gives the dish an aesthetic appearance that is appreciated in restaurants. Usually, a rack consists of 6-8 ribs, and before cooking it can be baked whole or cut into individual portions. This piece of meat is especially suitable for baking in the oven or on the grill.
