Product description: beef cheeks in vegetable sauce, sous vide, frozen ~2.5 kg. Beef cheeks, heat-treated using the sous-vide method, with vegetable sauce. The meat is cooked for a long time until it softens, easily seasoned, extremely juicy. The most tender beef, delicious for children and the elderly. The package contains 60% meat. Packed in a vacuum bag, the package weight is about 2.5 kg with sauce. Sous-vide is a cooking method when food is cooked in a vacuum, heated for a long time at a not very high temperature. This maximizes the natural taste, juiciness and structure of the food and avoids the loss of important nutrients, which otherwise occurs when cooking regular food.
Preparation: defrost, remove from package, heat in steam at 80°C for about 10 minutes (or at 200°C for 20 minutes).
