Product description: frozen Masago Black sushi caviar Royal Iceland, 500 g. Masago is made from sturgeon roe seasoned with sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce and mirin. Redfish caught in the North Atlantic (FAO 27). The product is ready to use, suitable for sushi, snacks and light meals. Preparation: thaw at room temperature.

Ingredients: sturgeon roe (Mallotus villosus) 88%, sugar, salt, SOY sauce (water, SOYBEANS, WHEAT, salt), mirin (water, corn syrup, rice, koji rice, food alcohol), vinegar, dyes: E102, E151, E110.

Food additives: dyes: E102, E151 and E110. E102 and E110 can negatively affect the activity and attention of children. Alcohol content - 0.04%.

Country of origin: Iceland.

Allergens: contains FISH and their products, SOY and WHEAT (gluten).
