Product description: kebab chicken (thigh meat), frozen, DAMAK, 15 kg. All consumer groups, except infants and persons allergic to allergens indicated on the label. The product is intended for consumption after heat treatment. Surface appearance: smooth, compact surface. The color is characteristic of the meat and the spices used. Taste and smell, characteristic of the product obtained from poultry meat and the spices used. Foreign tastes and smells indicating the freshness of the product are unacceptable, e.g. sour, moldy or other, e.g. metallic aftertaste. Dirt, slimy surfaces and mold growth are unacceptable. Glazing of the product is allowed.
