Product description: cepelinai with meat, frozen, 25 pcs x 200 g, 5 kg. Frozen, hand-formed semi-finished product of grated potato and meat filling. The length of the semi-finished product is about 13-15 cm. The minimum
weight of the unit is 200 g. ±10 g. error. Taste and smell - pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. Without foreign taste or smell.
Preparation:
1. Prepare water for cooking:
• Boil 4–5 liters of water (per kilogram of cepelinai).
• Add salt to taste.
• Add 1–2 teaspoons of potato starch dissolved in a small amount of cold water.
(This will help the water thicken a bit and keep the ceps from falling apart.)
2. Add the ceps to the boiling water:
• Carefully place the ceps in the water to avoid losing their shape.
• Cook until the ceps rise to the surface.
3. Cook:
• Once the ceps rise, cook for another 50-65 minutes over medium heat.
• Do not cover the pot tightly – leave the lid slightly ajar.
Ingredients: potato mass 70% (potato grater, boiled potatoes, potato STARCH, potato flakes, iodized salt), meat filling 28% (Pork shoulder, pork bacon, water 2%, salt, garlic granules, fried onion chips, vegetable broth (salt, flavorings (contains CELERY), fructose, soy sauce (including SOY, WHEAT), CELERY extract (0.4%), nutmeg, white pepper, yeast extracts, glucose syrup, coloring (carotenes)), black pepper, ground bay leaves, potato starch.
Food additives: none
Country of origin: Lithuania.
Allergens: contains gluten-containing cereals, milk and its products, eggs and their products.
 
Packaging: cardboard box and polyethylene.
Storage conditions: storage temperature -18℃. Do not refreeze after thawing!
