Product description: Cordon Blue frozen chicken steak, 30 pieces of 160 g in a box, box weight 4.8 kg. Chicken semi-finished product weighing no less than 160 grams +/- 10 g. The semi-finished product is thinned to 2.5 cm thick, length 11 cm, breadcrumbs are visible on the surface. The taste and smell are pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. No extraneous taste or smell.
Method of preparation: the dipped semi-finished product is fried in a heated fryer at a temperature of +180 C. for about 1 min. 10 sec., until it is nicely browned. In a convection oven +165 C. t. mode, cooking for about 15 - 17 minutes, until the internal temperature during cooking reaches +85*C temp.
Ingredients: chicken fillet 66.8% (country of origin: Lithuania), red cheddar cheese, 50% saturated fat, cooked pork ham, panko breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, dry yeast, salt, sugar, refined sunflower oil. May contain traces of soy and milk), egg mass, wheat flour, iodized table salt, garlic granules, ground black pepper, spices.
