fried pork schnitzel, quick-frozen, packed in a box of 30 pieces × 130 g. A fried pork loin product coated with breadcrumb coating. The weight of one product unit is 130 g. Taste and aroma – pleasant, characteristic of the raw materials and spices used. Free from any foreign taste or odour. Net weight: 3.9 kg with an allowable deviation of ±1.5%.

Preparation method:
In the oven: preheat the oven to 180°C and heat the frozen product for approximately 10–12 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: heat the frozen product at 180°C for 7–9 minutes.

pork loin 46%, EGGS, drinking water, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), WHEAT flour, rapeseed oil, garlic, iodised salt, black pepper.
