Product description: frozen cottage cheese - a semi-finished product from curd mass. Unit weight about 90 g. Length-width 6 cm. For use by all groups of users.
Preparation. Deep-fried: unfrozen frozen, cooked in oil. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 100 * C, frying for about 15 minutes, until it rises and browns nicely. In the oven: Do not thaw the frozen semi-finished product. Put the cottage cheese in a pan greased with oil. Preheat oven to 160 * C, bake for about 20 minutes. Bake in a pan and finish in the oven: do not thaw the frozen semi-finished product. Heat a pan with oil, add the curds and fry on low heat for about a minute on both sides. Transfer the curds to a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160 * C for about 18 - 20 minutes.
Ingredients: curd weight (curd 9%, wheat flour, egg weight, salt, sugar).
