Product description: quick-frozen kibinas with pork. Quick-frozen kibinai with pork – a traditional pastry made from a tender dough filled with juicy pork filling. These kibinai have a pleasant texture, rich flavour and convenient preparation. Perfect as a filling snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Easy to prepare by baking in the oven, making them a practical choice for everyday meals as well as catering and food service.
Ingredients: dough 60% (wheat flour, pasteurized chicken egg mass, butter, vegetable fat mixture (skimmed milk, vegetable fat (26.7%) (palm, butter tree, coconut, separator, citric acid), sour cream (7.5%) ), emulsifiers: E471, E322, E472c; lactic acid bacteria cultures, coloring carotenes), margarine (vegetable fats and vegetable oils (70%), water (28%), salt (1.5%), emulsifiers (lecithin, fatty mono and diglycerides of acids), preservative (sorbic acid), antioxidants ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol concentrate), flavoring, acidity regulator (citric acid), enrichment substances (vitamin A, D3), coloring (beta - carotene)), table salt, sugar) ; meat filling 40% (pork, regenerated onions, drinking water, margarine (vegetable fats and vegetable oils (70%), water (28%), salt (1.5%), emulsifiers (lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), preservative (sorbic acid), antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol concentrate), flavoring, acidity regulator (citric acid), enriching substances (vitamin A, D3), coloring (beta-carotene)), universal spices, ground black pepper).
