The minimum weight of the unit is 160 g. +/-10 g. error. Pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. No extraneous taste or smell. Method of preparation: breaded Kiev meatballs are fried in a heated deep fryer at a temperature of +180 C. for about 1 min. 10 sec. 17 min., until the internal temperature during baking reaches +85*C temp.
