Product description: frozen potato pancakes with cracklings, baked, 5 kg. Quick-frozen. Intended use: for all consumer groups; not intended for sensitive consumer groups - infants, diabetics; the product contains allergens, which are indicated on the label. Production method: the small pig intestines are soaked well. The potatoes are grated, additives and spices are added to the mass, hot milk is poured over, and mixed well. The pig intestines are filled with the filling: grated potatoes with additives and spices. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 130-145 oC.
Preparation before use: after removing from the package, warm up 1) in a microwave oven, 800W, 7 -10 min; 2) in a preheated oven, bake at 180 0C, 30 min; 3) in a frying pan in heated fat for about 30 min. on both sides.
