Product description: pork neck steak (Wine/BBQ) frozen, Food haus, 20 pcs. x 200 g, 4 kg. Pork neck semi-finished product weighing at least 200 grams ±10 g. Semi-finished product thickness 0.9-1.2 cm, length 14-16 cm. Taste and smell - pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. Without foreign taste or smell.
Preparation. defrost before use.
1. Fry the semi-finished product on both sides on the grill, 1-2 minutes each.
2. Finish baking the semi-finished product in a preheated oven to 180°C. Baking time about 8-12 minutes.
3. The internal temperature of the product must be at least 75°C.
Ingredients: pork neck 95%, marinade 5% (vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, rapeseed oil (fully hydrogenated)), mixture (sugar, skimmed MILK flour, dill, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, natural BUTTER flavor, turmeric, parsley, white pepper, tarragon), salt, water, cumin, preservative E262, dextrose, acidity regulator E331, yeast extract, antioxidant E300, natural flavor (black pepper), fenugreek, hot paprika, sweet smoked ground paprika), oregano, cumin, tomatoes, grape juice extract, onions, ) salt, black pepper, garlic granules..
Food additives: E331, E262, E300.
Country of origin: Lithuania.
Allergens: gluten-containing cereals, milk and its products, eggs and their products.
Packaging: packed in a bag of 20 pcs. The bag is placed in a cardboard box 392x292x100. Gross: 4.325 kg, net 4.00 kg, with a permissible negative deviation of 2%.
