Product description: pork schnitzel quick frozen. There are 25 pieces of 160 g in the box. Semi-finished pork loin weighing no less than 160 grams +/- 10 g. The thickness of the semi-finished product is 0.5-0.7 cm thick, the length is 16-17 cm,

breadcrumbs are visible on the surface. The taste and smell are pleasant, characteristic of the raw material used. No extraneous taste or smell. The color is white, depends on the breadcrumbs used.
Method of preparation: The breaded pork loin is fried in oil heated to +180C for about 1 minute, until nicely fried (until golden) on all sides. Drain the deep-fried pork loin steaks and place them on a baking sheet lined with butter paper. We bake in a heated convection oven at a temperature of +180C, baking mode. Cooking time is about 8-12 minutes. The internal temperature during baking is not lower than +75C. Serving temperature not lower than +68C.
Ingredients: pork loin (67.8%) (country of origin: Lithuania), panko breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, dry yeast, salt, sugar, refined sunflower oil. May contain traces of soy and milk), egg mass, wheat flour , iodized table salt, garlic granules, ground black pepper, spices Food additives:

Allergens: contains: gluten-containing cereals, milk and its products, eggs and their products.
Packaging: Packed in a bag of 30 pcs. The bag is placed in a cardboard box. Net quantity 4.8 kg, with a permissible negative deviation of 2%.
Storage conditions: storage temperature -18ºC. Do not refreeze after thawing.
