Product description: Swedish-style meatballs made from pork and beef, with spices, onions and other ingredients. The meatballs are fried in vegetable rapeseed oil, making them ready to eat and convenient for preparing a quick meal. They can be served both hot and cold, with potatoes, vegetables, pasta, rice, sauce or other favorite side dishes. The product is packaged in a protective atmosphere, which helps maintain the freshness and organoleptic properties of the product.
Product type: ready-to-eat meatballs, suitable for both everyday consumption and preparing various dishes. Due to their small unit weight of approximately 14 g, the meatballs are convenient to portion and serve with selected side dishes or use in various recipes.
Preparation: the product is ready to eat. Can be consumed hot or cold. The product is fried in vegetable rapeseed oil.
Ingredients: pork (51%), water, pork fat, beef (8%), soy protein, starch, salt, oat flour, pea fiber, spices, sugar, dextrose, stabilizers, thickeners, beef protein, onions and yeast extract.
Allergens: gluten-containing cereals, soy. May contain traces of milk protein, eggs, sesame, mustard and celery.
Food additives: E451, E500, E450, E407, E415, E417.
Country of origin: Estonia
Packaging: modified atmosphere packaging made of OPA/PE or PA/PE material, net weight approx. 1.6 kg, packaging dimensions 390 × 220 × 60 mm.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature of +2 to +6 °C, consume within 48 hours after opening the package, shelf life – 17 days from production, transportation temperature – no higher than –18 °C.
