Product description: Fish fillet steaks in breadcrumbs with cheese, frozen. Frozen fish fillet steaks in breadcrumbs with cheese are a delicious and easy-to-prepare fish dish made from high-quality Alaskan cod fillet. The crispy breadcrumb coating and mild cheese sauce give the product a rich taste and pleasant texture. The steaks are perfect for lunch or dinner, and can be served with potatoes, rice, fresh vegetables or salad. The product is quickly frozen, so it preserves its taste and quality. Preparation method:
• In a frying pan: heat the oil, add the frozen steaks and fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
• In the oven: preheat the oven to 225 °C and fry the frozen steaks for about 15 minutes.
Ingredients: Alaska pollock fillet 44% (Theragra chalcogramma), wheat flour, sauce (water, cheese 1.7%, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed, sunflower), parsley, salt, natural flavoring (contains milk), lactose, sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, milk protein, butter, spices (contains celery), potato starch, maltodextrin, sweet whey powder, coloring beta-carotene), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), water, potato starch, salt, dextrose, yeast, spices (paprika, turmeric).
Food additives: E1404, E160a.
Country of origin: Poland. FAO 61 / FAO 67, Pacific.
Allergens: contains fish, wheat (gluten), milk and its derivatives (including lactose), celery. May contain traces of crustaceans, eggs, soy and mustard.
Packaging: cardboard box.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding -18 °C. Quick-frozen product. Do not refreeze after thawing.
