Product description: Wheat roll, 40 g, frozen. Wheat roll with durum wheat sourdough and a crispy crust, baked on a stone oven hearth. The roll features a light brown crust, an airy and soft crumb, and a crispy surface. The taste and aroma are characteristic of this type of baked good, with no off-flavors or odors. Lactose-free and preservative-free. Preparation: Thaw at room temperature for 60 minutes or at +2...+6°C for 12 hours. For best results, bake in an oven preheated to 190–200°C for 4–6 minutes.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT flour sourdough 14% (drinking water, durum WHEAT flour), drinking water, WHEAT GLUTEN, yeast, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Food additives: Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Country of origin: Estonia.
Allergens: Contains gluten-containing cereals (wheat) and products thereof. May contain other gluten-containing cereals and products thereof.
Packaging: 40 g roll; 70 units in a plastic bag and corrugated cardboard box (net weight 2.8 kg).
Storage conditions: Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf life of the frozen product: 365 days. In sealed packaging, the product can be stored at room temperature for up to 4 days; once opened, it can be stored for up to 24 hours.
