Product description: frozen glazed Argentinian hake (Merluccius hubbsi) without head, without tail, weight from 200g to 400g. About 25 kg in a box. Heat treatment before use. Instructions for use: thaw: the fish pieces are thawed in the refrigerator, dried with a paper towel, and the scales are shaved off. Sprinkle the thawed fish with salt and pepper, add your favorite unchopped greens. Recommended cooking time is 10-12 minutes, cooking time in a pan or oven - 15-20 minutes.
